Who wants to pay full price for tacos when there’s Taco Tuesday?
Restaurants with Taco Tuesday offer as much as 50% off regular-priced tacos even on Hong Kong island, and I could not possibly go back to having tacos on other days of the week after finding out.
The restaurants below are listed by neighbourhood on the Central/Western and South side of Hong Kong Island, starting from Kennedy Town and inward into the Island. (As of January 2026, I’ve visited all but Limewood on this list.)
Pro tip: Make a reservation – all these restaurants were packed when I visited on Tuesdays!

Kennedy Town

This place is dimly-lit and oozing hip vibes. 11 Westside’s Taco Tuesday offers 50% off all tacos with the exception of Lover’s Beach Taco and Lamb Birria.
Even then, there are 8 different tacos to choose from at $25 and $30 each, so go for the regular tacos if you want to skip the indulgent prices.
- Time: 6pm to 10pm
- Taco offer: 50% off all tacos excluding Lover’s Beach Taco and Lamb Birria

Low-key compared to 11Westside, Catch. has sleek interiors that make the place sophisticated and comfortable at the same time.

Catch. is also in Quarry Bay with the same Tuesday offer.

Te Quiero Mucho (Closed)
Part of the Ovolo hotels, Te Quiero Mucho offers hip and casual vibes at both their locations in Sheung Wan and in Wong Chuk Hang.
Te Quiero Mucho’s Taco Tuesday has a buy-1-get-1-free deal, with $50 tacos, margaritas and coronas.
The taco menu also includes 3 vegetarian options, making it more inclusive than the some of the other restaurants.

Central
Taqueria Super Macho
A cozy and hip taco specialist just down the road from PMQ.
They have the biggest taco menu I’ve seen so far with a whopping 12 tacos to choose from – but that does mean you’re going there for the tacos and not to order any other mains (there is a small selection of sides and desserts, and they do give you the option to make your taco a quesadilla by adding $28 though!).
There are also 4 vegetarian options and 1 fish if you can’t take their meat offerings.
- Time: from 6pm
- Taco offer: $28 per taco

Uncle Miguel
A casual Mexican joint that has more restaurant vibes than the dimly-lit, bar-like interiors of 11Westside and Taqueria Super Macho in the evenings.
You can choose from 8 different types of tacos at Uncle Miguel which includes grilled cactus taco and fried soft-shell crab that make it stand out from the rest of the Taco Tuesday restaurants on this list.
A big caveat on the deal at Uncle Miguel is that you can’t choose any combination of tacos you want for the taco platter (5 tacos). I was informed by the waiter – it’s not written on the menu – that I had the option to choose between a seafood taco platter which had 3 of the seafood tacos and the 2 vegetable tacos, or the meat taco platter which had 3 of the meat tacos and the 2 vegetable tacos.
For the taco duo (2 tacos) and taco trio (3 tacos), you’ll get 2 or 3 of the same taco you choose from the menu.
- Time: 5pm to 10pm
- Taco offer: $68 for 2 tacos, $98 for 3 tacos, $158 for 5 tacos
- Drinks offer: Not applicable

Repulse Bay
Limewood
When in Repulse Bay on Tuesday, check out Limewood for true chill beach vibes and a family-friendly environment even for the little ones.
Limewood’s Taco Tuesday menu has 8 different tacos to choose from at $25 each, including 2 veggie options – halloumi cheese tacos and avocado tacos.
On top of that, they have $60 Happy Hour drinks of margaritas, beer, wine and cocktails, giving you more options overall than other places.
- Time: All day
- Taco offer: $25 each
- Drinks offer: $60 for margaritas, Estrella Damm beers, red and white wines, 4 types of cocktails

Wong Chuk Hang
Te Quiero Mucho (Closed)
Like the Sheung Wan location, TQM Wong Chuk Hang also offers the same Taco Tuesday menu.
The Wong Chuk Hang venue is more spacious than the Sheung Wan one so if the location isn’t a bother, consider this location for bigger group gatherings on Tuesday’s!
